• All staff members have been informed about the new health and safety protocols and follow social distancing rules
• Staff members use surgical masks and disposable gloves
• Frequent disinfection of all public areas and surfaces using professional products
• Hand sanitizers are present in all public areas readily available for guests
• Antiseptic hand lotion is offered to every guest

• Check-in and check-out hours have been adjusted (check-out until 11:00 am and check-in from 3:00 pm) to avoid overcrowding the lobby area and ensure that the rooms have been thoroughly cleaned.
